The approximately 65-square-meter, single-story, centrally heated, non-smoking vacation home features a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), a bedroom (double bed, a lounge chair), and a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rack, hair dryer). The kitchen and living room are open-concept spaces leading to the living and sleeping areas, respectively. Additionally, a lockable bicycle storage room, a crib, and free Wi-Fi are available. Free public parking is available 80–200 meters away; you may pull up briefly right in front of the house for loading and unloading. Smoking is not permitted inside the vacation home; please restrict smoking to the patio next to the bike shed.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, and bed linens. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: visitor’s tax; 1.50 EUR per bike per day for e-bike charging. Pets are not permitted in this property.
