The home was clean, warm and welcoming! The decor tied right in to a mountain retreat. The Mountain View was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

This is a great cozy home. The house has everything you need and it was spotless. We enjoyed the view and many birds including hummingbirds at the feeders.The property is about 15 minutes from downtown Waynesville but feels much more rural up on the mountain. The neighborhood is quiet and the roads are paved so vehicle type isn’t an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and also the towns of both Waynesville and Sylva, the latter about 30 minutes away towards the Smokies.

Very nice house, well appointed, convenient to all WNC attractions from Asheville, Blue Ridge P'kway, WCU!! View from the deck is as advertised, SPECTACULAR!! Private, great spot!

The views are as advertised (which is the most important thing), beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close enough to town while still feeling secluded, very well stocked kitchen and what seemed like new mattresses on the beds.
