• Marco Island Ordinance Law does not allow customers to park any type of trailer on the property at any given time.
• No Trailer Parking on the property or in the Garage Allowed.
• Minimum age Requirment to rent this home is 35 Years Old.

The house was clean, bath and beach towels were provided. The pool was clean and refreshing. The host was great at communicating and made check in very easy. Highly recommended!

We recommend you stay here. The property is very nice. Our kids loved the pool. We loved being able to sit in the cool of the living room and watch them play in the pool just outside the door. Location was perfect with a grocery store just a skip and jump away. It was also close to the JW Marriott for a convention I needed to attend for work. More than enough room for the four of us to gather for supper and then everybody could crash on the couch to watch a movie after dark. The wife enjoyed laying on the lounge chairs soaking up the last rays of the day while watching the sun go down. Again, we recommend you stay here.
