The Green Valley Getaway is a new luxury townhome in a gorgeous community within the Green Valley resort area. The property includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and three outdoor areas. You also have access to the community amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub open year round, a playground, and two pickleball courts.
The townhome is also centrally located to the best experiences that St. George has to offer. It’s located just above the Green Valley Gap, which offers miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, off-roading, dirt biking, and rock climbing. It is also just minutes from downtown St. George for easy access to shopping, dining, golfing, and much more.
