ACCOMMODATION WITH A NATIONAL APPROVAL 3* 10 BEDS
Welcome to this 19th century farmhouse, renovated from top to bottom, for a change of scenery! Claude and Pascal, hosts for 15 years, owners of 4 cottages, have created a soothing atmosphere but imbued with originality. The layout and decoration, inspired by softness and nature, bring a new breath of fresh air to this traditional house and the result is up to the task. You feel good, on holiday and every detail has been thought out for this. The garden and the quiet environment add to this impression of serenity and to get away from it all, the Normandy coast is really very close (15 minutes).
On the first floor: Large living room with fitted kitchen, back kitchen, living room and living room, wood stove. Bathroom with double shower, double sink. Separate toilet. A bedroom of 15m2 with 1 double bed 140X200 and a baby bed 80X120.
Upstairs, separate toilet and washbasin. A bedroom of 12m2 with 1 double bed 140X200 and open bathroom (bath and sink). A bedroom of 9 m2 with 2 single beds (80x200). A bedroom of 12m2 with 1 bed of 140x190. A bathroom with shower and sink. A bedroom of 9 m2 with 2 single beds of 80x200. Large garden of 1500 m², covered terrace and barbecue.

In order to offer you the most efficient rental prices, we have made certain services optional:
Bed preparation and linen.
Bringing your own costs nothing.
If you wish to rent it 23e per double bed 17 euros per single bed (beds made), shower towels and kitchen towels provided with it.
No food consumables in the home.
Garbage bags and toilet paper provided for your arrival. Then it's up to you to plan ahead.
In order to reassure you during your rental, I remind you that the balance of 75% is payable after visit upon arrival.

I would agree with other reviews but to offer a different perspective, we chose this rental for two reasons, location & access for one of us using a wheelchair. Our experience of trying to book rentals has shown that people advertising rentals are generally scared of confirming accessibility because it is so personal and subjective. Generally, what is needed is photos of thresholds/steps/WCs etc for people to make their own mind up. We

We had a wonderful stay. The house is cute and charming. It is perfect for familys and our host was really nice.
