The prestigious villa for rent "Il Casalino - Corte dei Messapi", is spread over two levels, a ground floor with two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and the lower floor with a further bedroom with bathroom. The full kitchen with dining table and sofa complete the villa for rent.

Il Casalino can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a third bedroom located on the lower floor.
The villa has a large entrance with an open kitchen where there is a table for six and a sofa, suitable for those who want to relax watching a good movie on SkyHotel, with the use of the LG Smart TV located in this area. In addition, for the little ones it is possible to use the PlayStation4. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, hob.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are located on both sides of the living room, both have vaulted ceilings and a high-level en suite bathroom, the third bedroom is reached by going down a small staircase and has a small courtyard where you can relax while enjoying the shadow.
This bedroom has a king size bed, bedside lamps and private bathroom.

Nice villa and big swimming pool

We stayed in CASALINO which can host up to 6 people. Luckly we were only 4 because the house is defintily too small for 6 people. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are small but they are nice and comfortable. The kitchen and living room with a couch for max 2 people, is definitly too small when you are 6. The outside is disappointing as there is no shadow until 4pm (there are 4 umbrellas but no trees around the house or pool so therefore during the hot hours (especially in July and August) its almost impossible to enjoy the garden. The house was very clean and the location is perfect (half way between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica which are both wonderful towns. The service of Raro Villas (we had some problems with internet at the beginning) was perfect. They organized also a nice dinner at home with a private chef, Antonio prepared a fantastic meal !!

The place was exactly as per the pictures, very nice pool, and location, we were slightly disappointed for the inside of the house, very small space to move, cook and bathroom, but overall it has been a great stay, definitely recommended.
