This spacious, classic Victorian home features 9 bedrooms, each outfitted with luxurious Beautyrest Black king mattresses for a truly restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers everything from a dishwasher to a microwave, perfect for preparing memorable meals during your stay.
Outdoors, enjoy a picnic area for al fresco dining, a serene sun terrace, and a tranquil garden space. With free WiFi and private parking, your stay is as seamless as it is relaxing.
House Rules & Important Information
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
• City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time.
• Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance.
• STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
• Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 15 adults.
• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Other Units: There is a separate ADU on the property that may also be rented during your stay

This lovely home easily accommodated our family reunion. The spacious kitchen allowed several people to prepare meals at the same time. It was the gathering place for eating, games and conversation. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the ample space to spread out. Parking was sometimes tricky but we were able to move the cars to fulfill needs. Excellent stay.

They did a nice job. The home worked really well for our multigenerational family gathering. We had the whole house and were able to accommodate the entire family. Location to the ocean is great and the its a quick trip across the street and down the stairs to the beach

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a milestone birthday with a large group of friends and family. The property is beautiful and the location is truly fantastic for a "chill" getaway.The Pros:• The Space: The house is stunning and accommodated our group perfectly.• Vibe: It was the ideal setting for a milestone celebration or any large get together. A Few Logistics to Note:We hired a private chef for several meals and had coordinated this with the manager months in advance. Unfortunately, just before check-in, we were notified that the main oven and one of the two dishwashers in the downstairs kitchen were out of order. While there is a functioning oven and dishwasher upstairs, it did make things a bit challenging for the culinary team. To their credit, they managed it well!Parking Tip:Parking can be a bit tight on-site. I’d recommend parking as many vehicles as possible on the street to make coming and going easier for everyone.Overall:Despite the minor "snafus" with the appliances, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

The house is big and beautiful, but we had a negative experience and the hosts effectively did nothing to fix it or offer any compensation. The company that owns the property decided do some renovations on the main floor to both a bathroom and the kitchen during a break between rentals. When I booked the VRBO there was no notice about renovations. I learned about the renovations about 30 minutes before arriving to the house to start our stay, when they called to warn me that one bathroom didn't have a vanity installed and only a toilet. The other warning was that one of the 2 downstairs dishwashers was not working and to read the signs. Arrival night, our group of 9 finished dinner and loaded the working dishwasher. We started it and then quickly discovered water was flooding out from the cabinet under the sink. Based on the condition of the cabinet, it was not the first time. I contacted the host, sent photos, and was told they'd get someone to fix it. Next day I called into the hosts' office and they saw the fix it ticket on file, but no update. Said they'd call back. We got all the way through our stay without hearing back. We were unable to use that kitchen. We had to carry all the dirty dishes up to the 2nd floor to get them cleaned. In addition the WiFi didn't work at all throughout our stay even after resetting the routers. I sent a wrap up note to the host after leaving and while my group enjoyed their stay, it was because we made the best of the situation.
