Stay in this unique third-floor 2-bedroom unit, featuring two ensuite bedrooms, a cozy kitchenette, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. Take in stunning ocean views from the loft’s bay window, the inviting living space, and the serene master bedroom. In addition, the home offers access to a shared spa area.
Just a heads up—this third-floor unit is entered through the secondary master bedroom.
House Rules & Important Information
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
• City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time.
• Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance.
• STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
• Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 4 adults.
• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
• Pre-Arrival: About two weeks before check-in, you’ll receive the property address and your unique door code.
• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Other Units: This property is part of a multi-unit oceanfront mansion. Other units may be rented simultaneously, and shared outdoor areas may have occasional activity.

The place was clean and the view was nice. However, the decor was substantially different than on the VRBO site and was not as nice. The BIG lie was that there was not a king size bed as stated in the description on the VRBO site. Also, all the beds were very squeaky! Accordingly, my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable all weekend getting little to no sleep over the two nights we were there! Additionally, there were spiders in the unit and my husband ended up getting bit. You should be more open and honest in your promotional material. Lying about bed sizes is terrible!!! I will not a return customer.
