Location is top notch! Croatan Beach is quiet - never worried leaving stuff on beach to swim. Well stocked for beach supplies - chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. Great amount of parking. Beds are comfy. Kitchen well stocked! Awesome location. Easy drive to boardwalk - we even walked to it one of the cooler mornings!

The property was wonderful, we had a family of 13 with 5 children under 5 years of age. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family and could have accommodated even more. The pool and beach access were great and enough amenities for all to enjoy. The double kitchen provided for enough space for all the food and drink you would need.My only wish would be that there was an information book or packet with more granular information on the house. For example: that the main blinds were on a timer, the day the pool cleaning service was to arrive, the extra refrigerator in the laundry room, how to use the play station, etc.All of the aforementioned were additional perks that would present well in an information packet at the house.
