This architect-designed villa from 2012, on a plot of 1,200 m2, is located in the Crocce hamlet of Lavatoggio, a small village at 280 m above sea level, overlooking the bay of Algajola.
It is individual and fully equipped with kitchen, living room / lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with bathroom.
The private swimming pool of 9.50 mx 4 m is heated and secured by an electric shutter with sunbathing.
Air conditioning is in every room of the house.
The open kitchen is very equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, immersion blender, chopper ……. Opening onto a large living room / lounge adjoining a large terrace covered with panoramic sea and mountain views.
Flat screen TV with wifi internet.
On this level, there is a bedroom with bathroom (1 bed x 160)
On the lower level, there is 1 bedroom with a 140 x 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90 beds (+ extra bed 90 x 190) and a bathroom, all overlooking the uncovered terrace of the dining area. 'summer with sink and fridge, located next to the pool.
You can have lunch and dinner on 2 terraces, covered or not, with panoramic views of the bay of Algajola and the mountain, populated by its medieval villages in the eagle's nest.
Parking in and near the property for several vehicles, ping pong table, private pétanque ground by the pool.
