Quaint and cozy in-law suite attached to a nice lake property. No dock currently but boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile. Fully furnished with all new furniture and bedding ready for your stay. Pet friendly. Snowmobile friendly area. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit by the lake with family and friends. Very large living room with 2 full size futon beds, free WiFi and smart tv so bring your favorite apps. Master bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv. Large kitchen/dining room area with everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy a good meal. Enjoy a cook out if you want to bring a grill or use the charcoal grill on the property. Large yard space for a small get together if desired. lots of parking and if your staying during the winter a garage space can be purchased for the duration on your stay. Laundry service also available on site. We wash, dry, and fold your laundry for a $15 fee per load. Access to free use of the sauna located one mile from the lakehouse property at our hotel.

We were bird hunting in the UP with my dog. Hosts were very nice, friendly and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. On first impression it's a bit more civilized than our typical hunting camp. Overall, very nice, comfortable beds and furniture, we slept well after a hard day in the woods. We didn't spend any real daylight time there checking out the lake or anything.
Overall, great stay. There's always a few quirks but for us it was great! Thanks

Owners are good people and live at this home full time. The upstairs apartment is cozy. Their 2 pitbulls will sound the alarm whether at the door to the apartment from inside while you shower, use the back bedroom, or as you pull in the driveway, or when you go downstairs to get something from your vehicle..... Pen was built, but used once in awhile. Had to stop and wait in the driveway for owner to casually corral the corral the dogs before getting out of my vehicle my vehicle.

The accommodations were large enough and it was nice to have a separate rooms the mattresses were comfortable some notes for future guests and the owners of the property are:
The owners must be smokers. The space smelled like cigarettes and the queen bedroom was the worst wirh the cinstant cigarette smoke cir ulating up through. That made our experience not great.
* dog constantly barking alao distrupted sleep
* in the queen bedroom the hallway light was glaring and didn't go off until the early morning hours
