Tyler was great with communication. Traveling with my parents and they had a bit of difficulty with the bedroom with stairs. Perhaps adding some handrails. Also although we were able to get upstairs they were quite steep so not conducive for older people.

Lovely property, great location, and excellent communication with the host. The location was incredibly convenient, we were in town for a wedding and we were less than 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be, making it so easy to get around and enjoy the area. The house itself was beautiful, tidy, and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was seamless from check-in to check-out. Thank you for a great experience!

Nice quiet neighborhood, very comfortable accommodation.

Overall this is not a bad place to stay, but the the pictures are a little misleading. The house looked like it had barely been cleaned since the previous booking - the carpeting in each room was dirty and most rooms had cobwebs in the corners. The stairway to the second level badly needs a railing because of the steepness of the stairs. One of the bedrooms on the main floor did not have curtains over the windows. On the positive side the home is in a quiet neighborhood area, which is important when your staying in a college town. I will say that the host was very helpful and communicative through booking, and check-in, and he was very flexible when we needed to change the dates of our booking. Not the best to stay if you have young kids in your party, but otherwise it will work.
