About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Haus Hochtannberg 40 in Warth, is completely south-facing, and was completely renovated in summer 2016.
New underfloor heating, windows, shutters, new division of the apartment in the kitchen with dining table, a living room, 2 double rooms, each with shower & toilet and a youth room.
In the youth room there is a bunk bed, the lower mattress is 140cm wide, and can easily accommodate 3 people.
The floor was laid with a solid oiled oak floor.
A native brushed silver fir was installed in the entire living area.
A fully equipped kitchen with many extras is waiting for you:
(Fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher with tabs, coffee machine with beans, toaster, egg cooker, raclette and fondue dishes and much more.
Large dining table for up to 10 people, including dining utensils, cultivated glass culture for wine, beer schnapps and sparkling wines leave nothing to be desired. There is also a spacious couch with a new flat screen and all free Sky programs.
The couch can be pulled out, so that the 8 and 9 person can easily sleep.
The terrace is on a hill with a direct view of the Lachtaler and Arlberger mountains, and in front of the Seebachsee.
