About this villa rental
Wonderful villa with private pool, air conditioning and privileged location in La Sella, Pedreguer, with views of the Golf Course. The accommodation offers great comfort, a large outdoor terrace and private pool. Comfort, tranquillity and magnificent mountain views make this villa an ideal accommodation for spending a holiday with family or friends.
Accommodation
The villa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and welcoming, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.
On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa for relaxation, flat-screen satellite television and free WiFi. Likewise, there is access to a bright dining room with a large table for everyone to eat together. From the dining room you can also access the independent kitchen which is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen you can access the wonderful and spacious terrace of 95 m², where you will find the swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs and the barbecue area. The second covered terrace of 14 m² is accessed from the living room. Here you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountain and garden with fruit trees.
On the second floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and another with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 spacious terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountain.

The villa is ideally situated on a cul-de-sac and located in the La Sella neighbourhood, a quiet and sunny residential area, 7 km from the rocky beach "Playa de la Escollera", 3 km from La Sella Golf Club and 4.7 km from the village of Pedreguer, where you will find all services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

We loved this house - it was wonderful. Beautifully appointed and great location. Plenty of room for everyone and peaceful, yet close to Denia beaches.

Check in was seamless and can be done as and when you arrive due to the secure lockbox being outside the property. The entire villa is finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is far more spacious than the images portray. The grounds are also of a high standard, pathways throughout the grounds. Pristinely kept gardens and pool area. The facilities inside the villa are high end Bosch appliances throughout and Roc bathroom utilities. 10:10 for cleanliness, even behind beds, doors etc. The beds are nice and firm which I personally like. We had a few teething problems with WiFi which I needed to be able to access for working during my stay. We arrived on a Friday and regrettably unless it’s an emergency Rock Rentals do not work at the weekends. Whilst WiFi for TV or general social media doesn’t warrant an emergency it was very much an emergency to enable me to work. One of the staff came to see us on Saturday afternoon to rectify the issue. I appreciate we all need a day off but it would be more convenient to have weekend assistance even for trivial matters, this making the stay flawless. We requested extra sunbed towels as one each didn’t cover the palatial loungers. We also had a couple of other minor issues that were all resolved on Monday morning, these being a broken parasol and broken kettle. Things that may have been broken and not reported as it was resolved promptly and didn’t impact our stay.The location has stunning views and is very peaceful. Pool is 5*.

Romy’s place is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with a large pool and vast gardens located in a quiet estate adjacent to a local golf club. The place must have been recently renovated as all appliances and furniture are brand new. All 3 bedrooms are well air conditioned, however this does not extend to other spaces. We had a very comfortable 7 night stay with no issues. I would say that car is a must if considering renting this place. Overall would recommend and consider staying in the future.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet area with fab views. Villa was exactly as the pictures portrayed and was actually bigger than expected. Pool was a brilliant size and depth. Will definitely be looking to stay again. Thank you Romy
