Our extended family spends fall break on HHI each year. We have stayed in several homes in Sea Pines, and this one is our favorite. It's perfect for adults and older children. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and each room was tastefully decorated. We loved the eclectic design of the house.

Location was great! Stayed in sea pines several times before. House wasn’t quite up to par.
Water damage was apparent throughout the house. Un-painted, un-sanded Sheetrock everywhere. Pool deck and hot tub were in need of repair. Garage was accessible but not usable for cars. Too much junk to park a car. Air conditioner kept freezing up and water heater kept leaking into the kitchen. Not worth what we paid!
