Enter condo B105 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

The unit was perfect! This is the 4th or 5th year we have stayed at Beach House and was by far our favorite unit. The ground floor location was great! We’ve always stayed in on one of the upper floors for the view, but the view from the ground floor was just as great. Such easy access to everything!

B105 will be one of our favorite picks in Miramar! It has everything wrapped up in a picture perfect condo, view, and convenience.
There’s no down side to this condo. The reservation and welcome packet were thoroughly explained and we had no problems. We did notice that the kitchen sink was slow to drain water so to be on the safe side, we had maintenance check it.
Since it was no problem for us, he left it as it was. He advised us that if we had any problems, he’d come back and further investigate. We did not experience any issues whatsoever.
We love the color changing plastic cups that were in our welcome gift, along with everything else (especially the insulated bag!).
B105 is just delightful!

We loved this beautifully updated unit with a great patio and a view of the ocean and beach! You can't get any closer to the water than this, and the nearby steps lead straight down to the beach where 2 chairs and an umbrella are waiting. The kitchen, bathroom, den, and bedroom are nicely remodeled, and the patio seating is a plus. Would definitely stay here again!
