We loved the location of this property—so close to the beach with easy access. The layout of the house worked well for our group and provided ample space. The large porch could be a real highlight, however, it was filthy. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite some time, and the porch cushions were in poor condition and really need to be replaced.The property as a whole needs a deep clean, and the house itself could use some updates to bring it up to standard. The pool is very nice and the beach viewing area is a nice feature. The brick deck needs attention and it would be nice to have some shade provided. Additionally, we heard animals in the attic, which was a bit concerning. While we enjoyed our time here, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. With a small investment this could be a 4 star property.
