About this house rental
6 Black Duck is a beautiful six bedroom, five and half bathroom oceanfront home located in Sea Pines. With 6,465 square feet – this home can accommodate up to twenty two guests. The home is directly next to a beach path - making it a super easy walk to the beach!
The pool and spa are located on the ground level with a sun deck on both sides of the pool. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. This home has both a standalone gas grill and a built-in gas grill with a mini-fridge.
Main Level:
The main level is located up one flight of stairs. The first living room that has floor to ceiling windows with oceanfront views. There is a small porch with chairs for relaxing outside. A powder room is located close to the foyer.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a double oven. There is a sitting area just off the kitchen with a large flat screen TV. The wet bar has a wine fridge, sink, and standalone ice maker.
A few steps away you will find the formal dining room with seating for up to ten. Plus there is a breakfast table plus bar top seating in the other room.
The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king bed, flat screen TV + access to the oceanfront porch. The private master bath has a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub + his and her sinks.
The second bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and granite countertops. Just outside this bedroom there is a twin bed and pull out twin trundle at the end of the hallway.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom three has two queen beds with ocean views. Bedroom four has a twin bunk bed. Both have flat screen TVs and share an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and oceanfront views. There is a flat screen TV and sitting area in the bedroom. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
The sixth bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is also a small room that has a twin/twin bunk & pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) for extra sleeping options. This small bunk room would need to share a bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.

This oceanfront property was very nice. We had plenty of room for a party of 11. Everyone had a great time and Brandon was attentive to our needs when we had questions.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The area is so relaxing. The landscape and the trees make you feel at peace. We enjoyed going to the beach, the pool, the spa, riding our bikes, cooking on the grill and making memories with our family. The sunrise and the sunsets were spectacular. We will be coming back. Thank you for everything.
