Spanning nearly 6,600 sq. ft., this exquisite and family-friendly 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home greets you through a dramatic large pivoting entry door into a light-filled 2-level atrium space.
The pool area features a hot tub, an infinity lap pool, and a shallow pool for families with younger guests. The expansive outdoor space is beautifully furnished with ample relaxing and dining areas.
A kiteboard launch area is discretely prepared within the beachfront area, and a tennis and pickle ball court can be enjoyed within the lush tropical gardens.

• Master Suite – King bed, Ipe timber balcony, Walk-in shower room and separate bathtub, Walk-in closet

UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $90.00/day (ninety US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Our family has stayed at several different properties in TCI and Kailoa was our favorite. The overall design of the house as well as the organic modern decor was right on point. The thought and detail that went into the construction of this property and the interior design is astounding. Truly a marvel. The indoor and outdoor spaces are equally impressive. There are many amazing outdoor living spaces to enjoy on this property, all ocean-facing but one. The pool is designed so that there is a shallow pool perfect for little ones and a larger infinity pool for adults and older kids to enjoy. We absolutely loved the swinging daybed and lounge furniture plus the outdoor sectional and al fresco dining area. The Bullfrog spa system (we have one) with the lounging pads was amazing. I never thought I’d use a hot tub in a tropical climate but we most definitely did and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach space, loungers and landscaping were all amazing as well. My kids tried the paddle boards — also a nice touch — but it was too windy during our stay to really make use of them. The electric gate and neighborhood security were appreciated. The area itself feels very safe and secure with the exception of the beach access. Some lighting down by the beach would be my only suggestion. TKCA was highly responsive, professional and excellent to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property and highly recommend renting from TKCA as well.
As mentioned in the review, the beach access was the only point that felt less than secure — I don’t know if it’s patrolled by security but a motion light or something would be nice. Some of the landscaping lights weren’t working either. Lastly I couldn’t find any scissors. All small things!
