The villas are designed to blend in with the surrounding white sand beaches and glistening ankle-deep turquoise water.

It’s the perfect location to escape and unwind or to enjoy watersports such as Kiteboarding, Kayaking and Sailing. Walk 15 minutes along the beach to The Shore Club to enjoy their bars and fine dining restaurant.
Just over 2 miles from Grace Bay, you are moments from all it has to offer, including luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport.
DETAILS:
The 4-bed (Main Villa) can be occupied independently from to 2-Bed (Guest Vila) or combined to create a magnificent 6-bedroom Villa. Each villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool which can be seamlessly transformed into a common outdoor space for larger parties. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, AC, TVs, luxury bed linens, beach towels and toiletries.

UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
Getting Around:
All the shops, grocery store, liquor store, bars and restaurants are in Grace Bay – a short 8 min drive. A car rental is recommended to go out and explore our beautiful island.

Beach and Shoreline Conditions
As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.

We have just returned from probably the best vacation we have ever taken as a family, having stayed in three different TKCA villas. The villas are outstanding, each unique in style and design with impressive luxury touches (infinity pools and state of the art indoor and outdoor showers, and private beach access, to name a few!). For our vacation with our young children, the properties gave us all the privacy, security and space we needed, as well as all the comforts of home.
We were even more impressed with the exceptional levels of service and attention to detail shown by the team. No request was too much. The villas were absolutely spotless. The teams, including housekeeping and security, were discreet and highly professional. The team even arranged a professional swimming teacher for our children while we enjoyed some in-villa massage treatments. From car hire, to excursions, restaurant recommendations, and a private chef, the TKCA team looked after everything for us, so we could enjoy the stunning Turks and Caicos Islands and complete relaxation.

The house is situated on long bay beach which is in my opinion the best part of the island.
The house is comfortable and I love the floor plan. It had incredible views of the sunrise and there was a pool that we could heat as well.
The staff was exceptionally responsive and polite.
Better directions on the TVs and outdoor music.
