We are currently looking for the perfect Guests. (okay, so you may not need to be perfect, but pretty darn close will be good enough) to enjoy this absolutely stunning private beach home located in a quaint stretch of gorgeous natural coastline in Indian Shores Florida known as “The Narrows.”
This home will only be available for approximately 12 vacations in 2025 with a minimum stay of 1 week. If for some reason you need to request a specific time, then please call us and we will see if we can accommodate your dates. Depending on the time of year, Holidays or high seasons, the rate will range from $2300 to $2900 per night.
From the moment you enter the front gates you will know that you have arrived at a very special Beach House with a prime location. This new beach home features 5 King sized Bedrooms and one bunk room with 4 twin sized beds. 4 of the bedrooms are en-suite. Each bedroom offers an amazing water view with a private terrace. Two of the bedrooms are Direct Gulf Front and the other 4 bedrooms face the morning sun and beautiful Intracoastal views. Words cannot adequately describe the expansive terraces and the endless views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The gathering areas of this home are endless. Stunning kitchen with a casual dining area, bar stools, gas cooking and spacious. Fabulous living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with an expansive terrace and outdoor living room. Another media area tucked away on the East side of the home over looking the waterway makes the perfect room for football games or late night movies.
The Pool & Spa area will welcome you with a built-in poolside bar and grilling area. Easy escape out of the sun to a poolside cabana room for when you want to relax, have lunch, watch a ball game, play a game of cards or ping pong or just kick back.
Pool will be heated during your stay to 84 degrees. For anything higher, there will be an additional per day cost.
Choose this property if you are looking for a family get together to relax and enjoy time together. No Parties or Event allowed.
Things to Know!
-No more than 3 vehicles allowed. Only 1 Garage available for Guest use.
-Property offers a 7 day supply of supplies such as TP, Paper Towels, Dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent, 7 day supply of trash bags.
-You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be
the responsible party.
-No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $1000 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house
-No Pets.
-No Parties.
-No Trailers.

We would definately stay here again. The outdoor space was incredible and expansive. There were plenty of areas for people to congregate weather by the pool/pool bar, ping pong area, lanai outside of the kitchen and oversized kitchen bar and table! Great access to the beach and fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could need. Any issues were handled promptly with the property manager and they were easy and great to commmunicate with.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! It was very well stocked and many areas to relax and enjoy the views. Loved the proximity of the pool to the beach. If the house was any closer to the beach you’d be in the water. The property manager, Taylor, was very nice and helpful. There were some problems with the washers and dryers not working properly and he worked to get that problem solved. I hope we get to come back and enjoy this lovely home with its stunning views again sometime soon.

The house was just fantastic. Definitely high end furnishings yet very comfortable. Many seating areas inside and out. So great to just walk out to the beach or hang by the pool. We had 9 people, 4 generations and each and everyone raved about the property.
