There was a slight mixup about when to meet at the property and check in, but otherwise everything was fine. I don’t remember reading about the 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment. Clean, well equipped, convenient to the Ponte Vecchio and the rest of Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.
