Very comfortable home with lots of windows open to the River. Would stay here again. Great communication with Monica. Would recommend some written tv instructions.

The reason for our lackluster trip had nothing to do with the actual property or the host. We just picked a horrible week to come. No sun the entire trip, lots of rain and the Llano River flooded causing them to close down the lake due to the influx of water, debris and strong currents. We did purchase the weather protection, so hopefully we can recoup a bit of the cost since we did end up getting rained out quite a bit and having to spend majority of our time inside. This was our third visit and the previous two visits were wonderful. The part of the lake that the house sits on is quite nice with deep water and relatively low traffic most of the time. We will definitely come back if given the opportunity.
