It doesn't have a full kitchen, but you have access to an outdoor kitchenette in the common area, which is sufficient for preparing a simple breakfast. It is 10 minutes from the Spa Buenavista area, with a fantastic swimmable beach and an outside parking space. Tranquil neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from the beach, the Spa Buenavista Hotel offers (based on availability) a day pass and gives you access to all their pool and beach amenities (this is a separate and direct arrangement with the hotel)

This property is located on a nice quiet and private road and from the top balcony you do see the water. There is plenty of space and this location would be really quite spectacular if it was just kept up and given some attention.Stains on many cushions and chaise lounges No AC in room upstairsRotten food in community fridgeUnkept property. Dirty, run down No hand towels or hand soap No way to grill outside although gas grill with no propane present and a charcoal grill with no charcoalSlow response to messagesNo hot water in showers
