השופט עצמו היה מאובזר מאוד, נקי, מצוחצח נוח ומאובזר, יש מגבות לים, המיטות נוחות, מיזוג אוויר, ומרפסת מקסימה.
כאמור הדירה היתה נהדרת והמבנה כולו חדש. אבל המבנה קצת "קר". האזור המשותף והבריכה לא היו מזמינים ועל הגג יש אמנם ערסלים אבל אין מספיק ריהוט בשביל לשבת כמשפחה או לאכול ארוחת ערב. זו דירה מקסימה אבל יש מקום עוד לפתח את האזורים המשותפים.
