About this house rental
An ideal place in the countryside, quiet, to meet with family and friends, to enjoy this sweetness of life.
Sleeps up to 13 people (+ baby cot on request).
This property known as the Château du Mesnil of 400 m2 of living space and 5 hectares has all the comforts requested, a large south-facing terrace for lunch or dinner or reading, 3 cascading ponds and a wood for walking.
Sheets, duvets, towels, bath mats and dish towels are provided.
Demineralised water, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are also provided.
Here is the description of the castle:
On the first floor:
* an entrance hall
* a cloakroom with private toilet and sink
* a fully equipped kitchen, with fireplace for grills for example
* a laundry room equipped with a dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron
* a living room with television
* a lounge for playing billiards
* a large dining room with a fairly spacious table that can accommodate 13/14 guests.
* a large lounge for resting, reading or board games
All our rooms are equipped with new bedding (box spring + mattress), double curtains and parquet flooring.
Four bedrooms have a 160 cm bed
One bedroom has a 140 cm bed and
One bedroom has a 180 bed and a 90 person bed
On the 1st floor:
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
a bathroom with washbasin and wardrobe
4 bedrooms for 2 people equipped with wardrobe and/or wardrobe
1 bedroom for 2 people with washbasin
1 bedroom for 2 people and a child with its private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside:
We have a very large south-facing terrace, we provide tables and chairs for your meals.
On request, we can provide you with jars ready to be eaten, from starter to dessert. These jars are made in our own restaurant.
