You can't beat this location! This charming 1 story 2-bed, 2-bath townhome is just steps from Town Center including the Swim Beach, Boardwalk, Pop-Up Shops, Mama Tig’s, and Festival Lawn. The Nest features a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Ideal for up to 5 guests but can comfortably sleep up to 7. There's also a screened in porch and 1 reserved parking spot.
Included in your stay is the use of 2 single kayaks and 1 paddle board!

This place is great! The little town is so cute - tons of stuff to do to keep kids entertained. And we didn’t even have time for all the lake activities. The house was great, easy to find, check-in was seamless and Katy, the host, was very easy and quick to respond when I had a couple questions. 10/10 recommend if you want an easy, fun weekend say!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were very welcoming and responsive and the house was so nice and close by to everything. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to explore Carlton Landing!

Very comfortable and charming place to stay! The attention to detail and activities provided for the whole family were a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
