About this house rental
Welcome to Andover Cottage - 41 Boardwalk
Indoor and outdoor gas fireplace. Spacious. Conveniently located 2 doors down from the community pool/grills and just a block from the lake.
The first floor has a beautiful open floor plan perfect for gathering, dining, and relaxing with an attached downstairs master with a king bed and adjoining bath. The kitchen has a large marble countertop and bar stool seating for entertainment. The dining area is well suited for an elaborate meal or a family game night and is watched over by its very own Betsy Cow canvas. The living area has two couches and a love seat to fit the whole family around the fireplace and television area.
Upstairs you will find two guest bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed. Bring the kids - as the "bunk" room is the 4th bedroom and has 6 twins and its own television in a large room that opens up to the main staircase. You will find an additional bathroom upstairs equipped with a shower. The front porch sits right on the boardwalk has a cozy swinging bench and is steps away from the community swimming pool and hot tub area. The back porch is fully screened in and has a fireplace and television. A great place to sit outside in the evenings. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

Andover Cottage has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

We had a great time! The house was perfect and just the right size for our family. The kids loved the bunk room and the Harry Potter room under the stairs! We love sitting out on the porches, drinking our coffee in the mornings. And it was a perfect location to go to the pools and other amenities.

Was overall pleased with our stay. The backyard was under construction so it would have been nice for that to be finished before our stay. The property was not very clean. Several stains on the bedding and the floors were really dirty. It also was not stocked for the number of people it says can stay. We had eight people and there were not even enough coffee cups for us to all have coffee at the same time.
