Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. This newly built home in The Villas at Rollover Bay has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo and can comfortably sleep 4 quests. There are 2 roll away cots to accommodate up to 2 extra guests if needed. The open kitchen / living room concept makes for easy entertaining and visiting with your guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to make meal prepping easy. This home has internet accessibilities to keep you connected, and to Stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms. Just enter the Password and Username located in the home. Outside you will be enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck. Downstairs, there is a charcoal pit that will make the "Grill Master" in the family happy to fire up and grill something tasty for the family. This neighborhood also has a full playground for children to enjoy, as well as a swimming pool area that is available for your use. (Please follow all rules when using these facilities. There will not be life guards on duty at the pool area. ) When the sun and sand call out to you, you're a short vehicle, golf cart, or walk away from the shore! After a day at the beach, be sure to rinse off in the shower downstairs. Enjoy this bright, inviting home on the weekends or all year round!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
