Property was as described and clean. Had difficulty getting and using door code but did get remedied in a decent amount of time. The only complaint I have of the property is that the water has a horrendous rotten egg smell. I am familiar with well water and grew up with it but I have never smelled anything like this. Maybe a water filter would be helpful.
