The large open dining and living areas open onto the oversized balcony. The condo includes two DVD players, VCR, a CD stereo system, and a private washer/dryer. The hallway bathroom has a single sink, tub, and vanity. The kitchen has white cabinets, green countertops, and a bar area with stools. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals.
