Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place. We’ll be back 100%

As some reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is interesting, but the neighbors were very nice with a very sweet dog! The location was perfect for us for this visit. Too many air fresheners with that strong sickly, sweet smell, so we unplugged when we were there then plugged back in when we left. The house is functional and quiet with a great deck, so that was very nice every morning for breakfast and coffee.

Everything was great! Only thing I didn't give 5 stars for is the neighborhood/neighbors were a bit sketchy. With unkept yards and strong smell of marijuana. If you dont mind that, you will love this house!

We had a great stay in the Llama House. The location worked great for our visit to Crystal Bridges and exploring downtown. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. The house was spacious and exactly what it looked like in the listing. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very nice. Although the first impression of the Llama House yard and the messy houses right before it made us nervous at first about our decision to stay there, once we entered the home, it was neat and clean and very tidy. It was a fun atmosphere for the children who stayed also with a Barbie house, toys, coloring books, games and more. The set up was perfect for our family and the house was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable! The location could not be beat. Communication with owner was quick. We thank you oh so much.

Loved our stay. This house was so cute, clean, & perfect for our group of 3. Although the neighborhood was a little sketch, the deck in back was secluded & had a very pretty wooded view. The location is only 3 miles from downtown. Mit was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous weekend, this rental property was close to Crystal Bridges and the Walmart Amp which was the two places we wanted to go. This rental is extremely well stocked and checkout was simple. We would highly recommend this property.

My friends and I went to Bentonville, AR for a hiking and mountain biking getaway, and the Llama House was the perfect location for us. There was a biking trail a few yards from the property that we used for our morning bike trips. The house was only a few minutes from the attractions in Bentonville and was perfect for our trip. Mit was an excellent host and was readily available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend the Llama House for anyone staying in the Bentonville area.

This was a guys trip for biking. Location was great and the house was perfect. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch. Place was decorated really nice and super comfy. Area was quiet but very close to everything. The interstate is really close so you could get anywhere pretty fast. Garage was great for storing the bikes. The house was really cozy and well stocked. Definitely stay here for another bike trip.

We came to Bentonville with a group stay in a hotel for 2 days, then planned to switch hotels in hopes of finding EV charging. When our only option quoted us more than double per night, we ran across the Llama House, which fit our needs perfectly. Great little house, updated decor, 3 bedrooms, residential location only about 5-10 minutes from everything we needed. Super comfortable stay, very clean, and has us thinking about looking for a rental on every trip we take instead of hotels!

Great host! Well stocked and very clean. The location was not the best but Bentonville is small so it was easy to get to where we needed to go. Wish the outdoor space would've been bigger. It was not a great space to sit outside in the evenings.

We are a group of vendors who have booths in an antique/ vintage shop in Louisburg Ks. Shopping trip to flea markets, vintage days, thrift stores. Always very busy and shop till we drop. Laughter is the best medicine.

Straightforward check in/out process. Nice interior, and abundant amenities including some nice touches like pantry staples. I used the fire pit and all the propane and the owner showed up with a new tank within half an hour (although I was in no rush). Comfy bed, plenty of blankets and towels. Really well priced and convenient to town. I would definitely stay here again, or bring my family. Thanks for letting me stay!
