About this house rental
This beautifully refurnished home is centrally located in beautiful NW Montana! Divided into 3 separate rental living spaces, "Tree Casa", at around 3000 square feet, is the largest portion of the home. It occupies most of the main floor and the upstairs. It is set on 3 fenced acres with a nice grassy meadow in the back. Like the other two sections of the house, Tree Casa has its own entrance and also has a large deck to the rear and a two car garage. The other two living spaces are rented out separately and the game room and large grounds are shared. If you have up to 25 people and wish to rent out the whole 7 bedroom 6 bathroom "House", complete with 3 kitchens, dining and living rooms, and laundry, see at the bottom for details.
Tree Casa has a roomy kitchen and dining space with everything that you'll need to cook large meals for a hungry group. There is also a BBQ grill on the rear deck and fire pit to congregate around. Tree Casa is perfect for your gatherings while enjoying Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, the town of Whitefish, world class golfing, The Whitefish Mountain Resort and many other NW Montana gems.
This home has been beautifully and functionally furnished and supplied to help you get the most enjoyment out of your vacation. New couches, chairs, log furniture and décor, 11 new mattresses and much, much more furnished just this spring.
New LED smart TV's with ROKU and Spectrum cable with some movie channels. Amazon Alexa for music and info. You'll also get to recreate in the Common House game room. In it you will enjoy a full sized air hockey table, a miniature Pirates of the Caribbean pinball game and a foosball table.
The property's 3 acres has trees and a large fenced meadow on the backside, perfect for family games and rambunctious kiddos. There is a fire pit to roast s'mores and tell ghost stories and picnic tables to enjoy the mountain air.

Firstly would like to thank Jared & Anita for the KK donuts and the goodies (toffies, popcorn, coffee mug, snack bar etc.). We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Had a pleasant stay & made us feel home. We also saw deer from the patio strolling in the green field at the back.
Thank you once again for making our stay comfortable & enjoyable with the view.

We rented this property last minute, most of our experience was positive. Jared has a lot of great touches for his guests that a hotel would have plus everything we needed to cook in the kitchen.
We did feel that the value for the money was a little over priced compared to other VRBO’s we have stayed at, perhaps this is the norm for the area. One thing not noted on the listing is that the home is right off the main busy road, so we were able to hear the traffic throughout the night. The picture makes it seem set back in a neighborhood so that wasn’t something we would have known before booking.
We had issues with the water while we were there but appreciated that Jared worked to refund some of our money for the trouble and he was easy to get a hold of. Overall we had a positive experience.
