The outside deck at the boat club restaurant and that’s about it

Very very dated with very poor house keeping, crisp remnants on floor when we turned up and still there when we left, coffee wasn’t replaced or cups cleaned but towels replaced but the ones hanging up not taken away. hit or miss service in the bar / restaurant. Either overly pushy or slow Room could be either freezing but the noise was unbearable or roasting no middle ground and sounded like a generator outside the room going all night Incredibly uncomfortable bed and pillows (even worse than Old Faithful Innwhich is saying something) Think we got hot water once out of 8 showers we had there between us.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Well equipped and beautiful view of lake

Way too noisy . Labor Day weekend was awful . The pool was filled to over capacity , loud music and drunk people. The line for coffee in the am was ridiculous. One person working and taking up to 5 to 10 min to make specialty coffee. Staff was not as customer friendly as they should have been for the price we paid. Will not return here which is a shame because the condos are so nice

The Tiki bar on the lake, the complimentary kayaks to use on the lake.

We stayed in the building across the road. While the bridge across was road was fine, it was not a convenient as I had expected, and the building was not maintained in the same standard as the main building.

Beautiful place, full of activities for all ages.

Stayed in one of the houses and it was amazing, very comfortable, nicely decorated, fully equipped and clean. The view to the forest added an extra cozy touch to the place. We felt at home there.

Cleaning lady from hotel could have come and clean at some point of our stay or at least ask for a clean set of towels.

Love this place! Beautiful, relaxing, but fun atmosphere.

The room feels rustic, yet luxurious. View of luscious greenery outside, made better only by the door that you can step out of and breathe the fresh mountain air. It was so peaceful. Relaxing by the fire to read was great. Even the chair was extra comfy. Bed was beyond comfortable. I slept like a bear in hibernation. Entering the lobby you immediately fee the cozy atmosphere reminiscent of an old family hunting lodge, complete with a Moose mount above the fireplace.

My room wasn't ready at check-in time and it was a long wait. That was the only reason it didn't get 10 stars.

Beautiful location on the lake.

Check in was not a good experience. I booked two queens and prepaid. Upon arrival, was sent to an “upgraded” loft with 1 bed and a pullout sofa. This is not acceptable as I required two queens beds. Two separate staff members tried to convince me this was an upgrade. They should have told me the change before I went to room with bags. Ultimately staff did upgrade me to a condo with two queens beds and a larger space with an extra bed…but not before I had to advocate for a different space. I did not appreciate the check in after driving many hours and arriving late at night. There was no response from mangement as requested.

Beautiful Location but lacks stars.

The location.

Every time we come here the sodais flat, so I have to bring store bought tonic water to dinner. They can never fix it . The food for lunch and dinner is just okay. Wish the food was better, so we didn't have to go into town for dinner all the time. Rooms have old world charm but need updating. Mattress very old and pillows uncomfortable. Had to use Whitefish Marina, as they never answered the phone for weeks for requesting a boat rental

Picturesque Upscale Hotel with Generally Good Service

The hotel was stylish with a beautiful location on Whitefish Lake. The pool, marina, and small beach made good use of the hotel's private shoreline. There were additional pools and hot tubs as well as a private nature trail, but we did not have a chance to explore them. The food and service at both the main and poolside restaurants were generally good as well.

Food service was spotty. In the main restaurant, 2 of the 3 meals included good service. One breakfast had poor service, with very long waits and incorrect orders. At the poolside restaurant, most of our orders came out quickly, but it appeared they were overstaffed with junior employees who weren't trained or allowed to take drink orders - leaving the whole pool to one experienced but overstretched server. This resulted in long wait times, and some workaround trips to order directly from the bar.

Amazing!

Great location, great amenities. The tiki bar is amazing and the pools are nice. It was a great value for an awesome property. Super clean. We loved taking the canoe out for a ride. Staff was very helpful and my friend took a shuttle to and from the airport and it was seamless.

Loved the king bed, soft sheets and two large pillows per person. The AC was fast and efficient. Bathroom was large and the vanity had ample space for cosmetics for two people. Excellent shower pressure and a nice large tub! We were delighted by the food at the Tiki Bar and restaurant. All the staff were excellent from valet parking to check-in, concierge,, and wait staff. Did not expect such a great gym and indoor hot tub (and smallish pool - excellent for kids).

Tiny input, but we were not able to access our Netflix account.

A great stay over-all with something or everyone.

Our condo was perfect for our family, and also very nice. We were a group of skiers and non-skiers so this was a great fit for us - easy access to the hill, but also downtown Whitefish.

The indoor pool was out of commission for half our stay, which was unfortunate as we had young children who needed entertaining.

It’s beautiful there, it was fully winter. The indoor pool and hot tub, pristine. The gym, very nice! The outdoor hot tub and sauna’s were wonderful. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. We used the shuttle to the mountain to ski and to the airport. Loved every minute of it!

absolutely stunning hotel, staff and location

This property is beautiful! from arriving at the entrance with the fireplace and friendly staff, beautiful interiors, warm welcome, luxury pool, gorgeous rooms and super comfy beds! everything is thought of here and everyone is wonderful! the spa is lovely and the grounds are beautiful.

the restaurant menu and cafe was a little basic and more like a pub menu with flat bread and burgers. I was hoping for more choice on the menu but the food was good. also there was a wedding there and they left glasses and bottles all over the place the day after that didn’t get cleaned up right away.

a beautiful hotel lots of history and great views

A lovely hotel the views of the lake from the main building and bar area were spectacular. it is a very large hotel lots of rooms spread out. the rooms themselves were very large and spacious bed's comfortable all amenities included - the gas fireplace in the room is a lovely theme touch. the meals in the restaurant and breakfast were amazing and reasonable price. we were there when they had live music on both nights that were fantastic so that was an added bonus both musician were outstanding and engaging with the audience

it was a little far from town but they do provided a shuttle service. staff could have been a little more engaging ( just abit more )
