About this house rental
This adorable oceanfront home has everything your need for a fun filled beach vacation! Enjoy beautiful ocean views and endless sunrises from one of the two oceanfront balconies. Admirals Roost features Eight bedrooms, 4 full & 2 half baths and can accommodate up to 24 people. This North Myrtle Beach home offers Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and Smart televisions so you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.
Admiral's Roost is a raised beach house located in the desirable Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach.
The nostalgic charm of a classic beach house was kept inside with newly stained hardwood floors and tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling. Each floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen Smart TV, four bedrooms, and two and one half restrooms. The superbly furnished kitchen is on the top floor and the laundry room is on the first floor.
The home has a beautiful ocean front pool with a spill over spa. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $350. Pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees.
The downstairs level features:
Spacious living area with 55" Smart TV with ample seating, dining room, a large oceanfront deck.
Laundry room with full size washer/ dryer
Master bedroom: King Size bed with private full restroom and 43"Roku Enabled Smart TV

Admirals Roost is fun for all ages.

Pet friendly for dogs only with a paid pet fee. 1 pet is permitted. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Pet fee $200.00. Dogs over 50 lbs. are not permitted.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. Fines will be issued if pets are in the pool.
This property does not allow motorcycles or trailers.
This home features security cameras at pool and under the house.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll provided in our welcome kit. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

The accommodation was super nice and very comfortable. The pool and spa were great and access to the beach was very close. The owners were very kind and responsive to any messages and tried to resolve situations quickly. The home sleeps I believe 24 and we had 21 people with us. It was a total of 5 vehicles to transport everyone which made for a bit of an inconvenience when needing to leave because someone was always having to move vehicles around to get to the one driving. I don’t know that there’s anything the property owner could do in regards to that situation but the house next to us had a larger parking area where people parked to the side of the driveway. It didn’t ruin the stay or cause any negative feelings towards the owners but just leaving it here so others know what to expect with parking if traveling multi vehicle.
