About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Péret-Bel-Air to rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. There is also a 250 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, south-facing bay window, TV...
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with wardrobe
- Shower room with walk-in shower and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140x190) with chest of drawers
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 250 m² with swing and 2 deckchairs
- A 20 m² east-facing terrace with table and benches to enjoy the warm weather
The house is ideally located in Péret-Bel-Air, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visits to the Péret bel air water mill (3 min by car) and the Château de Ventadour (22 min by car)
- Walks near the Cascades du Diero (4 min by car), Lac de Séchemaille (20 min by car), Col de la Blanche (4 min by car), etc.
- Discovery of the jolie fleurs educational farm (5 min by car)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park opposite the house (up to 5 cars can be parked).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Egletons, about 10 km away (14 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand, about 153 km away (1h33 min by car)
- We recommend that you use the car to make the most of your stay.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

we had a very nice stay. Everything is as described and as can be seen in the internet. We will surely come back. You'll need a car as there are no shops in Theillac or in walking/cycling distance. I was only confused about the booking: VRBO/FeWo-direkt warns you to only pay or communicate via their own platform and to ignore all other requests. But all communication and payment had to be made via a French platform I didn't know. This turned out to be just as reputable as VRBO, but I was still unsure at first.
