This BRAND NEW, 2 story, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom vacation home-away-from-home with all the comforts and high-end touches of luxury. This townhome is perfect for families, two families to share, groups or golfing couples with wonderful tiled living areas, including a comfortable living room, study and formal and kitchen dining spaces. The beautiful white on black kitchen has all the gadgets and appliances you could need. An extended Kitchen bar allows for seating for 3 along with a breakfast table for up to 6. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge freezer, microwave and gas burner stove. It has all you need for in home dining with blender, toaster and coffee machine to compliment the various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware. This beautiful Orlando vacation home is located in Solterra Resort, a new vacation home resort, with clubhouse. Driving takes only 15 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 30 minutes to the Universal Drive Outlet Malls and 5 minutes to Champions Gate, Reunion and other golf courses. For great shopping, the new Posner Park is within 2.5 miles; JCPenney, Target, Staples, Best Buy, Michaels and various restaurants.Solterra resort has a wealth of onsite facilities and a fantastic pool area. The clubhouse is a short walk away and features a large fitness center with top of the line TechnoGym equipment including cardio, weight machines and wall mounted flatscreen TVs, high end communal coffee/conversation room with bar seating, comfortable sofas, welcoming decor and large French doors that open out to the pool area. The beach-entry pool is perfect for families with little ones and is large enough that more boisterous play can be accommodated at the other end. There is a water slide with rock waterfall fascia, jacuzzi, poolside showers and plenty of sun loungers and shaded cabanas. A further outdoor lanai seating area offers plenty of comfortable low tables and chairs, high top bar style tables with stools and chaise/loveseats surrounding an outdoor fireplace. There are also two large, wall mounted flatscreen TVs, as well as a granite worktop and sink area. Add to this a children’s play area with multi-deck climbing frame with slides and swings, all set over soft white sand, two tennis courts and a grass 5 a side soccer pitch and you have plenty to keep any active family occupied during their vacation.

This was our second stay at this house. We first stayed here in 2022 when my sister, her husband, their three children, my husband, myself and our two children went to Disney World and absolutely LOVED it!! When we planned another Disney World trip for 2024, there was no question where we wanted to stay. The kiddos even wanted to stay at this same house as before. This is a wonderful and clean place to stay!! Communication with the host was excellent! Every time I sent a message, I received an answer in minutes. The host has always been so very nice and helpful! We definitely will book again!!

The house was perfect with 8 grew kids who recently graduated high school and two adults as chaperon, 10 beds. This is very nice especially for a bunch of grew kids. The villa is conveniently located with restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream, retail stores within 2 miles. Most of all, Monica has been a great host, very helpful and when we had issues, she and her team responded immediately. We would rent from her again and hopefully, soon.

Pros: Property owner/manager was very responsive, having bathrooms in all upstairs bedrooms was a plus, the kids rooms were great (we had 3 girls and 3 boys), the washer and dryer worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the resort amenities (large pool, slide, lazy river) were nice and within a comfortable walking distance.
Cons: The pool is TINY - as in not much bigger than a hot tub TINY. All of the photos of the property (pool, bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen) were taken with a (really good) fish-eye lens and made everything look so much bigger than it actually was. We had 3/4 adults and 6 kids staying for 5 nights, and the kids used the pool minimally because it was so, so small. Also, parking was a HUGE hassle. They say that you can have up to 5 parking passes but there are only 2 assigned spots at the house and very, very few places to park elsewhere. It also feels very predatory in that there was a tow company driving around and one of the people in our party was towed (to the tune of $230!) because there was literally no where to park after they drove around for upwards of 30 minutes looking for something. The wait to get into the property on a Friday afternoon/evening was HORRENDOUS - it took us almost 40 minutes to get through the gate - and there were numerous police officers there "for safety reasons, ma'am - nothing to be concerned about" with police dogs as well. It did not have a good feel.
Summary: We are a group of friends with kiddos who rent properties like this 1-2 times a year for spring break and such, but we will be searching for a different property next time. I also STRONGLY recommend asking for pool dimensions wherever you rend so that you don't get fooled like we did.
