This beautiful and luxurious holiday home is decorated with great care and ideal located in the highly sought-after area "del Portet". You enter through a sliding gate where you can park your cars on the side of the property.
You can enjoy, in complete freedom, a magnificent 50 m² swimming pool and a beautiful garden area.
This Mediterranean style house, will surprise you with its Spanish charm. The authentic building materials, furniture and decoration have been carefully selected, which makes this house feel like a home. It is therefore unique compared to many other rental villas.
The beautiful cove of El Portet is known as one of the most picturesque beaches on the Costa Blanca, small enough to have kept its charm with some very good restaurants on the waterfront and with a small local supermarket (bakery included). The sandy beach with shallow waters is ideal for families. The house is a short distance from the marina and the village of Moraira with shops, restaurants and larger supermarkets. The most beautiful coastline of the Costa Blanca is located here, from El Portet to Calpe. Luckily, this area has escaped from the high-rise buildings and has several idyllic bays to enjoy sunbathing and snorkeling.PGJyPg�PGJyPgYou enter the house through the fully equipped kitchen, then into a large living room opening onto a long shaded terrace and right next to it you can have a charcoal barbecue for evenings with friends.
