Very beautiful chalet "Chalet Olivier", 3 storeys, built in 2010. In the resort 600 m from the centre of Villars, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 200 m, 6 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Villars sur Ollon" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 750 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 900 m, children's ski school 1.7 km, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 1.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.
