Enjoy the gorgeous shade trees & the luscious green lawn. Completely & perfectly stocked with all of the must haves & toys for 2 families to enjoy their stay. Boat dock w/ lift & jet ski platform recently built. Neighborhood boat ramp next door provides easy access to bring your own watercraft. Incredible backyard for games & cookouts with the family! Swim & play in the water with provided kayaks or Lily Pad. At the end of the day, you can enjoy dinner on the incredible decks & enjoy the views!

• Lots of Outdoor Games/Activities including Giant Connect 4, Ring Toss game, Lily Pad, and Kayaks
• Inside the kids will be entertained with provided board games, card games, puzzles, and other toys
• Floor fans available in all the bedrooms including the bunk nook for those that enjoy white noise
• Bedroom 1 & 2 along with the Couch pull out Queen are equipped with mattress toppers for added comfort

No Pets allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found it will be $500 fee automatically charged to the card on file.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
