The home is nested on a tranquil canal with direct access to the deep emerald arm of the Colorado River in Lake LBJ, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Property may sleep up to 8 (10) guest, 6 guest in home 2 in Game Room and 2 additional have the option to sleep in Game Room on inflatable mattress which is provided.

Boats larger than 18 feet long must be kept out of the canal due to canal accessibility. Larger boats can be tied up at boat ramp dock during the day and must be launched and trailered daily. Boats under 18 feet and personal water crafts can be kept at our boat dock throughout your entire stay as long as they tied up tight and kept close to bulkhead so as not to impede canal accessibility for our neighbors.
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided.

The house was amazing! We came in to look at other available properties for the weekend and ended up having a blast right where we were - the game room and putting green were a delight and the bed was very comfortable!!

We had a wonderful stay over spring break! We loved all the special features: the garage converted into a game room, the putting green, the fire pit, picnic table, and kayaks. All of these things kept the kids happy and entertained during our downtime. It's a great place for a lake trip. The living room was comfortable, and I loved sitting on the back porch. It's beautiful and relaxing. The owner's retreat was spacious. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We are very glad we stayed here!

The backyard was very inviting. We sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit for a few hours. but house overall was great! Great neighborhood. The front porch, putt putt was great. Our older grandbabies didn’t not join but they would have loved the game room.
