The location of the property is fantastic. Easy access to all manner of dining, shopping, exploration and mountain activities. Right in the heart of downtown Breck. The unit is nice and has most everything anyone could want. I found it very good value for money. There are a variety of nit-picking things I want to mention but should not really deter people from renting. First of all, and this has to be my fault, I did not realize the unit was not air conditioned. That was a mild issue for us during our stay. Luckily it got down to the low 50s at night but late afternoon into evening, the unit was warm and it was difficult to go to sleep even with open windows and fans. Second, there were a few very minor maintenance items - one burnt out bulb in the master bath and missing a toilet paper tension rod in the half bath. This made the unit feel just a little bit less than. Third, the kitchen counter space really needs under cabinet lighting to help see the surface area. Fourth, the presence of an iPod player in the living room really added to make the unit feel a little old and out of date. Finally, the wall hangings and decorations seemed a little odd. I think the unit needs just a bit of a refresh from a decorating perspective. Again, all of these are nitpicks and opportunities to make the unit even better. Still good value for the money.
