About this apartment rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

This place was in the heart of Breckenridge! Just steps away from restaurants, shops, Peak 9. Great location. Loved the pool and hot tub area that showed a beautiful view of the mountains!

My husband and adult son stayed her for spring break. They both enjoyed the condo and it was easy to communicate with the host.

Over all a good experience but there were a few things that could have made it better. GoodLocation is good. Parking is nice Bed comfy. Plenty of supplies.Not so good. Check in can be a hassle at 4pm. Limited parking at front. Can’t wait there so show up when room is confirmed ready. Parking is not free and an added expense. Desk did know for sure how much but needed credit card. But what do you do at that point. Im almost afraid to look. Pool and hot tub are a hike outside and in poor condition. Wasn’t the dirtiest rental ever, but we did have to do some cleaning, chips and crumbs on floor, counters in kitchen and bathroom had not been wiped down in some time. Take Clorox wipes. Definitely not ski in ski out. Can’t bring skis in unit. Valet is ok but just another walk.

Good spot and location but 1 star less for cleanliness and 1 star less for check-in. Had issues with late night check-in. Vacassa office staff took long, seemed confused,
and did not have information from host in their system. Nobody explained how to get around, which is tricky because you must take an elevator to the parking garage just to move between buildings without going outside.
Unit was exactly as described. Nice layout and thoughtful amenities. Cons were Multiple hairs were found in the bathroom, clean everywhere else. Bed was not even, stiff, and pillows provided were flat, making it hard to a good sleep. Host was did not offer to make up for the issues experienced.
