We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. The unit was clean and met our needs. With staff on the premises it was easy to communicate when needed. The morning and evening views of the marina were spectacular.

The room is updated, clean and quiet. It overlooks the marina and the sunsets from the balcony and living area are gorgeous! We grocery shopped at
Foodland and enjoyed eating the local favorites throughout our stay. We swam in the pools, walked over to the marina where you can see puffer fish and angel fish swimming in the bay. We walked along the boardwalk and swam in the ocean. It was a wonderful place to stay!
