*Construction Notice: This unit is located within Phase 6 of the building's exterior spall repair and painting project. During this phase, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. For the latest project updates, we encourage guests to contact us prior to arrival. The overall building project is currently anticipated to be completed in April 2027.

A sliding room divider separates the sleeping and living areas, offering added privacy while maintaining the open feel of the condo. Located on the 10th floor, the unit offers city views and a convenient location just steps from Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants and shopping. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. Additional amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and beach towels for your convenience. Recent improvements include a new bed and mattress (2025), microwave (2025), and sofa (2026). Whether you're visiting Oahu for business, an extended stay, or a Waikiki vacation, Ilikai Tower 1017 offers a comfortable home base in one of Honolulu's most desirable locations.
AMENITIES
We've provided everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The unit includes cable TV, high-speed internet, and secure WiFi access. To help you get started, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish soap, a dishwasher packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. These items are intended to get you through your arrival and are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and additional blankets can be found in the bedroom closets. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to arrange service.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Guests have access to two swimming pools: the main pool located on the lobby level and a quieter lounge pool on the second floor. Card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor, and 24-hour security is on-site for added peace of mind. Valet parking is available for $45 per day (rates are subject to change). Looking to stay active during your visit? Fitness center access is available for an additional fee and can be purchased directly at the hotel front desk. Current rates are $8 per day, $50 per week, or $150 per month (rates subject to change).

The condo was very clean - check in was a breeze - stay was great. If there was anything negative about this condo may I suggest to the owner to at least have a salt and pepper shaker, along with a dish drainer and can opener that works? People travel thousands of miles and spend a lot of money to come to Waikiki and stay - the last thing they should have to worry about is shopping for kitchen appliances in order to cook and clean up. At tops the cost for these items purchased at a Dollar Store would not be over $5.00 - definitely won't break the bank!

Took my son here as a high school graduation gift & as a farewell before he shipped off to the navy. we wanted to see Pearl Harbor & explore Oahu and there is no better value on Waikiki Beach, we LOVED our stay!!! Thanks, will stay again!

The location is great. Unfortunately the condo isn't really suitable for 4 people. The two beds you see on the photo are *single* beds, even though the super ultra wideangle lens might make them appear to be doubles. Second, the sofa-bed is not great for adults to sleep in. It sags.
As for cleanliness, it was awful. Shelving full of flakes. The bedding was dirty and had brown stains and pubic hair. We had to wash it since it was too gross to sleep in. Not that the management compensated us in any way, not even by paying us the laundry fee or the detergent (they brought some sheets but only for parts of the bed, and there was nobody there after 5pm, so we needed to help ourselves ...). Likewise, the cutlery and dishes were dirty, i.e. wash before use. TL;DR - I wouldn't stay there again with a party of 4. The location is good but the photos are misleading and the place was dirty.
