Availability Note: We have a 5-night minimum June through September 8th. The rest of the year we range 3-4 night minimum.

3. This property is pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet-fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose of it in outdoor trash. Keep pets leashed. Do NOT leave a pet unattended without a crate, if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage fees and submit photos to VRBO that may affect future travel on the platform.
4. No smoking or vaping inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
5. Please respect our neighbors. While you may be on vacation, our neighbors are living and working their daily lives. If our neighbors communicate serious issues with us, we will end the booking immediately.
6. Lastly, there is a $500 fee for missing or stolen bikes. Please use the locks for the bikes when out and about. They're expensive to replace!

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. Great house! Close to everything. Multiple beach accesses within a short walk or a quick drive. Pet friendly with fenced backyard and lawn. House was perfect for multi-generation family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy together as well as space to get away for some quiet time. Pool, bikes, and game room games were added bonuses. Communication with Natalie and her team was awesome.

Beautiful home with a great layout, spacious bedrooms, and a immaculately decorated! We found ourselves in a travel pinch last week and at the very last minute needed a place to stay for one night. Natalie was very responsive, communicative, and able to get us in to her lovely home the next day. The house is well appointed and they thought of many little details like laundry pods (convenient!) and nice smelling hand soap. Small things that make the home feel luxurious. My kids' only complaint is that we weren't at the property for more nights :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect — just a quick bike ride to the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet, family-friendly, and great for walking the dog. The home itself was beautifully decorated and spotless, with clean rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The game room was a huge hit, and the pool was just the right size for relaxing after a day in the sun. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again.
