We enjoyed our short trip to the OBX. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the lazy Pelican did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We would all love to return!

We stayed August 3-10, 2024. Home was in a great location with some beach views and right beside Surfin Spoon a delicious frozen yogurt shop. Home had a pool and hot tub that we utilized daily and was clean upon arrival. Home could have used a good deep cleaning as our family found stale bread up on the cabinet and there was thick dust on all ceiling fans. Overall we had fun here, but the lack of yard or fence for the dogs made it difficult to truly relax. Without dogs this would be a great stay.

Wonderful vacation with friends and family. However if house sleeps 10 kitchen was not stocked well for silverware, utensils. Only one fridge and small for large group too. Didn't like no bathroom on top floor except for going thru master. We notified maintenance dryer wasn't working Mon...not fixed until Friday, very inconvenient since we were leaving next day.
