This condo checks off all the marks for everything you'll need to make this your home away from home while on vacation. This rare, high floor, and most sought after and in a spectacular location of the Ilikai Hotel with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. This spacious 1-bedroom condo has 500 sq ft of living space & a huge lanai of 120 sq ft. Gaze toward the glittering blue waters & white sandy beaches. You'll be able to watch the famous south shore surf breaks & exquisite sunsets over the harbor. The kitchen is open, spacious, and well stocked to provide you the comforts of home while traveling. This condo has a comfortable King bed and will put you right to sleep after the long days at the beach. The condo has a window AC unit to keep you cool during the warm summer nights.
***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 8/10/2026 - 8/21/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in April 2027

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is available for a fee.

This location is great. The condo was clean and stocked. Guest passes to the gym in the building would be an added bonus although I was already told that it wouldn’t happen. Other than that, the view was great, communication with host (company) was good. No issues with this stay.

Location/hotel itself was great. As for the unit itself I was a bit disappointed. I’ve stayed in lots of rentals over many years. This was more of a hotel on a budget.
No welcome package with things to do or recommendations (PS the Hilton next door has a massive fire work show on the beach on fridays that we missed :( ) I haven’t stayed in a rental yet that didn’t have this. There was only sheets on the bed, so when pulling out the blankets from the closets they were dirty and/or stained.
The kitchen Reno was very nice.
The bathroom, closets, baseboards, floors and walls need a major deep clean. Black finger marks on light switches and corners. There was hair in the drain in the shower. Dirty/dusty Nooks/shelving, hair/dust in corners of walls.
The amenities were also VERY slim. The beach chairs were rusted, and ripped. There was 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pack, 1 paper towel roll. I pack of coffee with 2 sugar bags. Not so bad if your there for a night or 2 but we stayed 10 nights. I don’t expect to have everything, but I have never stayed somewhere with so little. No beach towels, had to buy our own. And only 2 sets of towels in total. We payed a cleaning fee and we’re still asked to do dishes.
Loud AC unit. Nothing very basic for cooking, salt/pepper etc.
Rentals are becoming top dollar accommodations, the basics are a wonderful thing. I’m now staying on the north shore and this condo is MUCH older and run down, it’s clean, and has everything you need.
