Beautifully maintained family oriented 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the fabulous resort style gated community of Watersong. This home away from home is perfect for rest and relaxation. Situated on a corner lot with no rear neighbors, overlooking a conservation area. Beautifully paved lanai with smart tv and enclosed heated pool and spa are just where you want to be! This up to date home features 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. First floor bedroom features Queen bed and TV. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor: Queen with TV, full and twin with tv , pyramid bunk with full and twin in final bedroom. A loveseat has also been added to the upstairs queen for additional seating. This home features all the luxuries of home to include fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Our family of 4 have decided we'd like to pick that home up and move it to Iowa :)
The garage/gameroom was perfect for our 16 year old and 7 year old. Pool table, air hokey and the golf game kept everyone busy and happy. We even annoyed our kids by playing music on the great sound system from when we were in high school.
We loved that every bedroom was a great size and had their own bathroom.
We would've loved if one of the bedrooms had a king bed since that's what we're used to at home. But bonus.... there was an unused bedroom, so we split up for a week and each had our own bedroom. Problem solved! Haha. The only other bummer was the mattresses, but I wouldn't take any points away for that! Some people love the firm memory foam, so those people will love the beds. Can't make every one happy with mattresses, so no worries.
The Pool area was so great! We paid to have it heated and felt it was money well spent. The hot tub is large and I love that it was 3' deep with a bench all around it. My 16 year old was happy that the pool went to 5.5' deep so we could actually swim around without feeling like he was wading in a kiddie pool (don't laugh, we stayed somewhere with a pool that was too shallow to do anything in lol).
The entire house was spotless as was the pool area. The sound system and TV in the pool area was great as well. I earned cool points for being really good at the hook and ring game out there.
Making the reservation was an easy process and the ladies emailing were awesome. Check in was very easy and loved that this is in a gated community. Check out was great as well because there were no crazy check out cleaning demands. Just easy stuff that people should do anyway.
Long review short, book this place. You won't regret it.

Wonderful stay. House clean, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We spent a lot of time in pool area in and out of pool.Host quick to response to questions and needs.
