About this house rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Saint-Malo Golf and Country Club is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 10-minute drive to Cobac Parc.

After you return to this 603-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

This 2-bedroom rental features a dining area and a BBQ grill. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

The place itself is exactly as described. It is a newer place with glass wall that looks out onto the garden. We stayed in one of the back units so had to carry our luggage from the car. Only an problem if you have mobility issues. Biggest complaints we have is that we had to pay for sheets on the bed/pillows (€20) and a fee for cleaning when we left (€40). And there are no bath items provided such as bath gel/shampoo or hand wash/soap. We arrived late and had to shower with no soap. These should be clearly mentioned in the listing.
